I created an image, copy-pasted the link somewhere and now it says it's not found. Why?

Please avoid directly linking images from our servers!

Due to the extensive amount of user activity, our servers generate a significant volume of image files (hundreds of gigabytes daily), most of which become redundant and are subsequently deleted automatically after a short period (one hour post-creation). Once deleted, these images cannot be retrieved.

Ezgif serves primarily as an image manipulation tool, not as an image hosting platform. We lack the necessary resources to store and moderate such a vast quantity of data indefinitely, it would also quickly become a personal data and copyright issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You should save the image once you have finished working with it to your computer, and upload it to a hosting site or your own server if you wish to share it online, to be safe it stays available for a long period of time.
